DMforAdventure provides in-person (NYC area) and online Dungeons & Dragons sessions for youth and adults, including weekly groups, private campaigns, parties, and events.
2. Enrollment & Parental Consent.
Enrollment for participants under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, the parent/guardian consents to their child's participation and to the collection of participant information described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Online Program Format.
Online sessions meet on Zoom alongside game platforms such as Owlbear Rodeo, D&D Beyond, and Demiplane. Per Discord's Terms of Service, Discord is only used in groups where all players are 13 or older.
4. Safety & Supervision.
Sessions are led by a background-checked Dungeon Master & Game Masters. Parents are welcome to observe any online session. Content is kept age-appropriate. We ask that families share any accommodations, sensitivities, or concerns before enrollment so sessions can be tailored appropriately.
5. Participant Conduct.
Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct toward other players or the DM may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Fees, Cancellations & Refunds.
Program fees are due prior to any sessions, on either a semesterly, monthly, or weekly basis. The cost for each program and the payment scheduled is listed on the program’s webpage. Cancellation notices given at least 24-hour in advance to any registered session will result in a credit for that session to be applied to the next invoice.
7. Recording.
Sessions are not recorded.
8. Intellectual Property.
Custom adventures, characters, and materials created by DMforAdventure remain our property. Participants retain rights to their own characters and creations.
